โSuper helpfull staff who spoke English well enough to save our embarrasment at speaking no Italian . The room was a good size and bed comfortable . A good honest 3 star hotel . Sadly the streets and surrounding area were not ,lots of dog mess , but would probably stay here again . โ
โBeautiful old style hotel , family castle like building with authentic interior furniture, doors etc. Nice and big swimming pool with friendly staff.
Staff speak English but little extra English courses wouldnโt hurt- however they try hard.

I had a wonderful stay at Serpa Hotel in Anzio. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were swift and easy, thanks to the helpful and friendly staff at the front desk.

โLoved it ! The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, as we wanted to visit Rome everyday.
The hotel has a shuttle bus ( at a price, so ask) to the train station. They can also arrange a taxi to drop and pick you up at anytime from the train station..10โฌ . Its a 15 minute walk, if the weather is cool.
Plenty of free parking space reserved for the hotel. You can request for it when booking. The staff are amazing! They spoke English and were very helpful!
