Palazzo Cannavina in Campobasso is truly one of the best places to stay when visiting the city and the stunning Molise region. I honestly canโt say enough good things about the service we receivedโeverything was top-notch from beginning to end.
The communication was excellentโquick, helpful responses from the moment we booked. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed with elegant linens, and filled with stunning artwork throughout the building that made every hallway feel like a gallery.
One of the most impressive aspects was the daily housekeeping. Our bed was made each morning and the room tidiedโa level of care and attention that seems lost in many American hotels, even at high-end resorts. It was refreshing to feel genuinely taken care of, rather than having to chase down basic customer service. (Yes, Disneyโthis oneโs for you!)
The atmosphere of Palazzo Cannavina was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlightโserved upon request and beautifully presented, it felt more like being a guest in someoneโs refined home than staying in a hotel and with Castello Monforte just steps from your door, youโre quite literally surrounded by history.
Campobasso itself is a hidden gem. The local shopping and dining were charming, with an authenticity thatโs hard to find in more tourist-heavy spots. The people of Campobasso are kind, welcoming, and clearly excited to share their city with visitors.
