Melhor Experiência em Campos

Indiscutivelmente, a melhor experiencia de hospedagem em Campos. O local proporcional uma experiência intimista, o café da manhã e o chá da tarde apresentam um cardapio personalizado e sofisticado. Organização, limpeza e atendimento impecáveis. A proximidade com a avenida principal de Capivari torna o hotel uma ótima opção para sair a pé e explorar os lugares agitados de Campos. Esta é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel e não me arrependo.

Caro, precisa melhorar muito, com ler as reservas.

Pagamos quase 9 mil por 4 dias no período de 29/12/24 a 02/01/25. Valor que daria para ficar no RIU Barcelona e ainda ficaria bem mais barato. Minha esposa reservou um mês antes e avisou da alergia alimentar ao orégano. Chegamos estacionamos rente a porta de vidro, ninguém veio nos ajudar com as malas, não trouxeram carrinho de mala e estava garoando. Nós levamos as malas até a recepção. Preenchemos a ficha do check in e novamente escrevemos a alergia alimentar ao orégano. No chá da tarde 3 das 5 opções de salgados tinham orégano, ela só pode comer 2 coisas e opções de doces. No café da manhã muita coisa com orégano, ela foi na recepção reclamar, porque é uma coisa simples só não jogar orégano por cima, não por, trocar por salsa, ou deixar a gosto os temperos, como é em todo lugar. Saímos pra almoçar e pedimos arrumação, voltamos 1:40h depois e o quarto não estava arrumado, sendo que estava trabalhando e não poderia aceitar a arrumação tardia, também não poderia usar o escritório do hotel por sigilo da minha profissão. Ela desceu pra reclamar na recepção e a Gerente Penha chamou-a para conversar e discutiu com ela. Cadê o lema que o cliente tem sempre razão? No Vila Amista não tem, menos avisando duas vezes antes, a Chef de cozinha disse que não havia sido orientada. Não leram a reserva. A partir daí substituíram por salsa e etc.. Nunca mais voltaremos, o valor não compensou. Os outros 2 dias foram bons. O melhor é o silêncio porque os outros hóspedes são educadíssimos.
