"I don’t recommend this hotel. Our room had zero ventilation so it got very hot and stuffy at night. There was no fan or ac so it was hard to sleep. There was zero housekeeping and when I needed items like toilet paper or a towel I had to find someone at the front desk - most of the time staff was no where to be found and the front desk was unattended. "We stayed one night at Hacienda La Pacífica. The amenities, especially the pool, are excellent, and the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. On the morning of our departure, the entire hotel lost its water supply. We had planned to leave early, but we couldn't shower. The staff initially offered us buckets of cold water, which we declined. After breakfast, we were informed that the issue had finally been resolved. Dinner the night before was quite expensive but very good. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast, which didn't match the quality of the dinner and felt overpriced for what was offered"
