Brilliant place to stay with a young family. Nothing is too difficult for the staff. We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move. The pool is incredible! Spa warm and main pool warm. The kids pool was a bit too cold for us but that didnt matter. Playgrounds are great, basketball court amazing, free games on the deck daily and so much to do.

Room fantastic for a smaller cabin still had all kitchen facilities like oven, microwave, large fridge, cutlery, toaster, pots & pans + more. Also double bed in other room & single + bunk bed. 3 seater lounge, table &chairs.

All staff had a great sense of humour and went beyond to help check-in. They made guests feel comfortable and happy. Highly recommend staying at Alivio in particularly the villas. However, this was my first time staying in the cabins. It's a bit outdated and needs some TLC.

Wattle glen cabins are old and need a good clean. Floors were dirty, bathroom filthy. Beds weee rock hard Caravan park is amazing though. Staff wonderful and very kind and helpful

The staff here are just excellent. We have stayed before and love the convenience, the dining and the atmosphere. I booked a Ridge View cabin this time. It was clean but very old and could use a web clean on the roof.

The property was super clean and the bbq facility’s were super clean and great, the cabin is a little dated, also could do with a few extra pots and baking dishes and maybe some plastic plates and cups for the little people apart from that it was clean and comfortable.

The staff were fantastic. Very accomodating. Two times I asked for things and the staff went above and beyond to help. The park as a whole is amazing for families and we will be returning. We liked that the property was clean and had everything we required. We didnt like that it looked tired/old. The smart TV in bedroom xould not access the apps i.e Netflix. There was no smart TV in lounge. On longer stays this would have been an inconveninece. In summary great park, great facilities and amazing staff.

We love it!! Perfect for our family of 6. Staff have been incredibly welcoming and helpful, even suggesting activities around Canberra for the kids. We had a delicious breakfast and dinner at The Verandah with the kids, which they loved—especially all the colouring activities available. There’s so much to do around the park itself, with activities for everybody! The villa we stayed in was perfect—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!
