The room is clean and acceptable. Staffs are friendly with fast service. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of variety. Location is spot on, right in heart of the CBD with walking distance to many restaurants nearby.

6/10 Okay

The hotel was ok for a one night stay as it is centrally located in Canberra city. It does look tired and in need of a refurbish and having the sink outside the bathroom was a little weird. Lighting in the room wasn't great but the bed was really comfy.

Spacious room. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept (overslept) on. Great breakfast. Fabulous pool and gym facilities. So close to city shopping centre. Couldn’t ask for more.

I see a lot of potential in this hotel, which is why I want to share some honest feedback regarding our stay. Both at check-in and checkout, the front desk staff were quite dry and unapproachable, with no greetings or warm welcome. While the processes themselves were handled efficiently, a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude go a long way in making guests feel valued. I’m confident that with a bit more focus on front-desk warmth, the overall guest experience can match the rest of the hotel's great qualities!

Our stay was nice and convenient, especially being within walking distance of the Civic Centre. While the hotel felt a bit old and dated (which is to be expected for the price), the bed was comfortable and the pool area was a real highlight. The cleanliness could have been better, but overall it’s a solid, budget-friendly option for the location.

This property is a little dated and needs some upgrades. Vanity was not in the bathroom and bathroom tiles and screen not cleaned well with mould. It is a great location though. Food delicious in the restaurant but service was poor for the amount of clients

Pool not overly warm, but spa nice and warm. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Hotel very busy (start of school holidays). Always lining up; for reception, for lifts, for breakfast table, for mr coffee machine. Room service fairly reasonable and the halloumi salad was sensational. Parking was fine while in basement (although $35) but when they run out parking elsewhere a pain.

Great hotel, breakfast options were good - however the parking options are an absolute nightmare!!! If you’re not a confident person with parking - do not use their car park directly below the hotel - opt for the off site public car park. Parking is extra - they could prob do something about that though. When you consider their offered room ratesz Definitely would return but only on a good room rate !
