When I first checked in, I felt like I was interrupting the staff. There was nothing welcoming about it. Also the bedding arraignment was not what I requested. The cups in the cupboard were chipped and one was dirty.

Please don’t put yourself to the horror of staying here. Awful place. But you know, a lot could be forgiven of the staff had been polite and respectful. Nope! Believe the bad reviews of this place.

Hotel room wasn’t cleaned properly, there were empty cans and milk container in the freeze from past guest.

The property was secure and close to all amenities within walking distance staff was friendly. The next stay would ask for a suit to the back of the building for noise reasons ie sleeping with the window open on both roads and pedestrian noise did not stop, Overall love the stay and we will be back,

Close to everything
Great place to stay. Walking distance to everything. The property is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Have stayed here several times and will stay again.

This outdated hotel is in good location with easy access to transport and easy stroll to Canberra city and London Circuit. Regrettably, the very high price charged by the hotel does not match the rather average, if not below average room facilities that are outdated and not comfortable to use, including old and basic bathroom. In summary, good location, low value, high price accommodation including additional high charge for parking.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Kids loved the pool area, would’ve spent the whole time there if they could. We had an issue with our room with the air conditioning not working but was immediately upgraded for the inconvenience.

The location was excellent for restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to city centre but the room was in desperate need of an update. TV internet was terrible, there was no safe, the bathroom was very basic, the dishwasher didn’t work. The whole property needs a make over and I was told at reception that this was actually going to happen soon. About time!

While reception was lovely the cleaning team took 2 days to fix something the should have been done prior to our arrival. Won’t be staying here again.

Location i great. however furniture and bathrooms a bit tired, hotels charging premium pries need to keep up to updating facilities. Was good for overnight stop, but needs some upgrading. the picture as always make things look outstanding, but not always the case when you actually see things in real life.

I loved the property. The size of the room was great. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioner worked well and the hot water system in the shower was fantastic. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Property convenient to Canberra CBD and attractions and was quiet. Property showed signs of it's age and needs a revamp. Kitchen dining and preparation of food equipment is very limited.
