The room was hot- the Ac not working good
The tv not working for other apps to watch movies on smart tv.
The shower was horrible.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food is of very high quality, and every member of the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
One of the best things about this resort is that it feels like a large indoor mall. Almost everything is indoors and air-conditioned, which makes it very comfortable, especially during hot weather.
The only downside—and it's not the resort's fault—is the insects that bite and the strong smell of the seaweed, which at times resembles a sewage odor. Other than that, the resort is relaxing, comfortable, and I had a great experience.
