This is a review about Expedia as well as this property. They both boast in their descriptions about the number of restaurants they have but they conveniently don't mention that you need dinner reservation to eat at 5 out of the 6 restaurants they have. And guess what, when you arrive at the property and attempt to make reservations, they barely have any availability. The ones that are open have terrible low quality food and poor options. I will not be visiting this resort again and I will certainly not be using Expedia to book going forward.

Disappointed compared to stay in December. Stayed platinum no welcome fruit player and wine. Rooms were not cleaned after night. Wet towels left in bathroom on floor after evening 6pm showers same food every visit Happy to have ice maker back in our building I have stayed at this resort and El Cid twenty plus times
