The resort was gorgeous, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was exceptional. I truly loved everything about my experience—from the atmosphere and entertainment to the beautiful views and relaxing environment. I had an incredible time and honestly didn’t want to leave! "Our stay was incredible! We felt like family as soon as we arrived. Carlos and Alfredo were incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was beyond what we imagined. Misael made sure to take care of is at the swim up bar, which made for a great trip. Overall, there was nothing else we could have asked for!! We will definitely be back again soon."

"Overall the hotel was nice. The kids loved it. but i wouldn't recommend it for couples. they only had 2 pools. The pool wasn't big enough to acommodate everyone. also, there was very limited lounge chairs. You had to pay $75 usd per day if you wanted to rent a cabana. However, the food was good and the staff was super friendly. it's a great hotel for kids for and family. i thought it would of been bigger with more amenities. but it was good overall."
