"We were upgraded to diamond club junior suite with sunset view and it was lovely. Shower was wonderful and easy to navigate through TV to order 24 hour room service. What I didn’t like so much was the filtered water they provided in their glass container, I would rather have bottled sealed water especially paying for a resort. Beach was beautiful, not much seaweed but I am sure that depends on the weather. I felt like staff were attentive even though we were not necessarily diamond club tier but their willingness to assist and politeness was noticed. The food they offered in the buffet had variety, the taste was as expected for buffet. Now what I dislike was the challenges trying to make dinner reservations for restaurants. Since it’s all inclusive I expect to be able to have access to what I want, it seems like the space allowed in those specialty restaurants are minimal. Also, before attending those meetings for Prime Club keep in mind it’s not 90 minutes, it’s more like 4 hours or more… they didn’t offer any desirable activities or vouchers to attend after reflecting. I have been to other “meetings” that offered more incentive for our time. The hotel was live, which we enjoyed. Staff help encourage people during the day to get into the party mood, especially out in the pool areas. Location is great, just down the way from the Coco Bongo area, we felt safe. Overall, I don’t think there is a perfect hotel but this one has a little bit of everything for a fun filled vacation!"
