I had an alarming and unsafe experience at this hotel that I feel compelled to share. When we checked in around 9 PM, we were given a room that was already occupiedโsomeone else had checked into the same room earlier that day at 3 PM. We walked in to find their personal belongings, including passports and other valuables, still inside. This was a major security and privacy breach.
To make matters worse, the hotel staff did not take appropriate action to rectify the situation for either party. Rather than ensuring our safety and privacy, they simply moved both parties to separate roomsโdirectly next to each other. Given the confusion and potential for confrontation, this was another serious safety risk.
There was no apology, no compensation, and no real concern shown by the staff for what could have been a very dangerous situation. This experience made us feel incredibly unsafe and unsettled during our stay. I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering this hotel, as this type of negligence is unacceptable.
