"I booked 4 rooms but from those 3 of the rooms shower’s head are poor condition. The staffs didn’t clean the room as they should. My families 8 people stayed there for two night. Small bathrooms and not enough space in the bathroom."

I had to call down to have them come up and fix things. The worst though was a shower that didn't work.
