“Staff , see the wall in the room I attached the photo. WiFi doesn’t work all time . TV doesn’t work”

“Hotel rooms are big. Bed is comfortable. Toilets and shower area need thorough cleaning for moulds and water marks. ”

“Excellent location in Pyin Oo Lwin within walking distance to restaurants and cafes nearby the lake and botanical garden. Staff were helpful organizing transport in the city.”

“Fair Farcilities and Friendly Food quote limit a tradition”

“I chose this hotel basically for three reasons: 1) price, 2) location, and 3) quality of room. Unfortunately, either the hotel or Expedia has so grossly misrepresented its location that if I knew where it was located, I would not have booked it. I just checked Expedia's website and it has it located approximately 800 meters northeast of downtown Pyin Oo Lwin (Purcell Tower), while in actual fact it's located approximately two kilometers southwest of downtown across from the entrance to...

“The view and rooms were great. Especially the executive suite. However, there was no buffet system for breakfast and on top of that, we could only choose one meal per person for breakfast. No wifi in the rooms. No water in the toilet in the morning we left the hotel.”
