Absolutely amazing stay! If you’re coming to Canggu, this is honestly the best choice. The location is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. The staff are genuinely the best in the world: so warm, helpful and attentive. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The rooftop pool is absolutely WOW, with an incredible ocean view, and breakfast was delicious with great options. Every detail was perfect, we loved everything and would happily come back!

Citadines Berawa Beach Bali is a wonderful hotel. The property is beautiful with a main level pool and a gorgeous rooftop pool+ bar, it also has a great gym and restaurant for convenient dining. Hotel staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. I’m a solo female traveler, stayed here for a month and felt very safe and comfortable. Made such a difference having such a wonderful home base for my travels. Hotel is also in a great location, just a 2min walk to the beach and can walk to many great restaurants, cafes, spas, etc. One thing to note, it is in a busy area and so it can be a little loud at night if you are trying to sleep early or if you are a very light sleeper, but it settles down, did not have any problems getting a great night rest. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a great hotel that’s very clean and has excellent amenities, especially the two pools. The only problem is that it’s very noisy at night as it’s close to two large beach clubs. Ear plugs are a must if you want to sleep before midnight.

We had a wonderful stay at Citadines and would highly recommend this hotel. The facilities were great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel very welcome. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A very special thank you goes to Diah, who welcomed us at the breakfast buffet every morning. Her kindness, warm smile, and genuine hospitality made every morning start on a positive note. She made us feel valued as guests and is a real credit to the hotel. If we had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the location. We personally would have preferred the hotel to be a little closer to the main attractions, but that certainly did not take away from the excellent experience we had. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning! See you again.

Hotel is superbly located: 2 mins from Berawa beach. If you want to explore Berawa, the free Finns/ Grab loop shutttle runs right in front of the hotel and takes you. Changgu beach is 7 mins grab ride away. Other than that, hotel is clean, check in is smooth and love that housekeping checks in at times to make sure you have everything you need.
