"This hotel was lovely. We loved our clean spacious room and the amenities were fab- nice big hot tub and pool with Waterslide. Gym was also well equipped. Hotel entrance was very nice with a nice sofa and fireplace to sit on and there was flavoured water and cookies available upon check in. Staff were very warm and friendly. There could have been more choice for breakfast especially for vegetarians"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Seems like the property could use a little outside maintenance to take care of weeds. Would also be nice to pave the road and parking area back to/ by the studio rooms so folks don't feel like they are in 3rd class."

"The bottom of the pool is textured bumpy cement. My son grazed his knuckles while swimming and it cut all of them open so he had to leave since he was bleeding. Beds were also pretty hard, very sore back in the morning. We appreciated the renovated bed area but bathrooms were still very dated. We liked the large coffee brewer and cream available in the fridge in our room."

"Lovely property in Canmore. Spacious. We stayed in a two-bedroom; perfect for our group of 4. Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Gym, Parking were great amenities. Everything was newly renovated; furniture was all new in our rooms. Staff was so nice. The Black Dog cafe right downstairs was excellent. Not exactly walking distance to town, but an easy 5 min drive. We stayed in the summer. I would stay again."
