Won’t go again for sure. Not clean, I had to ask them to vacuum the room again. Bed was too hard and barely slept. The TV kept losing connection with internet so it was very frustrating for us. Loved the convenience of the location with parking for $5 per night to be able to walk around town. Loved Banff. Will look at other option next time.

Very nice hotel, modern, and clean. Lovely coffee shop in the hotel, with good breakfast food. Unable to park in the hotel underground parking, because the truck was too high. Had to park across the street, which was a little inconvenient. No grass directly around the hotel grounds for walking dogs. Jacuzzi is outdated and stained. Overall would stay here again.
