The Lady MacDonald Country Inn was a wonderful experience for our time in Banff. The staff were great hosts and incredibly helpful with any questions/concerns regarding our stay. They also made good, healthy breakfast to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The suite we stayed in was also very clean and kept well. Amenities that were offered were also wonderful. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this inn!

A beautiful location with incredible mountain views in a lovely town that has so much to offer. The country inn had a homely feel, with the same homely rule of leaving our shoes at the door, which is reasonable and helps keep dirt to a minimum. Offering a choice of breakfast options and slightly friendlier service could be areas to improve. Overall, this stay was great value if you are comfortable with the basics.
