This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It looks nothing like the pictures when I made the booking. I am extremely disappointed and I will be contacting customer service immediately.

Hôtel très bien situé proche gare, marché et rue commerçante, très propre, personnel à la réception agréable. Chambre communicante pour 4 petite mais très bien équipée et très lumineuse. Nous avions peur du bruit en arrivant car le quartier est très animé mais l’isolation des fenêtres est tres performante et au final nous n’avons pas été gênée du tout. Si on doit repasser à Cannes, nous prendrons certainement le même hôtel.

Basic room but small
This hotel is located next to a lively pub. Great price, room was small. DO NOT park at the parkade across from the hotel. Our car was towed because of the market. We had to go to the police to get it released and pay $$ across the other side of the bay to get it back.

Awesome location
The location was perfect. It is across the street from morning farmer's market. Lots of restaurants, café and shopping nearby the area. The beach is less than 15 mins walk. Definitely will come back and stay again

Clean, AC, friendly - perfect for a short stay!
Great place to stay for a shorter visit. Perfect location with the pedestrian streets around with restaurants, cafes and shops. The beach is just 5 min away. The room was quite small, as well as the bathroom. But clean and newly renovated. AC in the room. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. I could borrow a beachtowel for free the next day to go to the beach for a morning swim. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but went next door to the Barista Café which was excellent.

Cannes, during the film festival can definitely be hot or miss. Staying here was a definite hit. The hotel is perfectly located and unlike many, it doesn't pretend to be something it is not. I got everything I expected and more. It is If there is one thing that will always make a difference in hospitality, it is the treatment you receive as a guest. In the case of Des Congrès et Festivals, Didier (the owner) is on site and that makes the difference. The pride and passion he puts forward reflects in the management of the hotel, the cleanliness, the upkeep and the all around warmth you feel when staying there. From the extra details at breakfast to the charming offer of umbrellas when it's raining, Didier makes sure you feel at home. I applaud his vision, appreciate his warmth and will definitely be staying at Des Congrès et Festivals again.

Et lite hotell med hyggelig betjening. Rommene er små, men har aircondition så det blir behagelig. Frokost koster ekstra, men er verdt pengene. Sluket i dusjen var nesten tett, men ellers ok renhold.

Excellent service and location. The only downside was the light in the room. We couldn’t sleep very well because the windows and curtains didn’t cover very well the light from outside.

Propre mais..... super bruyant (fête aux étages !)
Beaucoup de bruit dans les étages (voix, rires, cris...). Ce n'est qu'après un appel à l'accueil après 22h00 que les bruits on cessé. Un peu lourd !!!! De plus pas de chauffage dans la chambre, à 7°degrés dehors, c'est un peu limite. Je ne suis pas sûre d'y retourner

Cher Monsieur, Il n'y avait pas de "fête" dans l'hôtel mais un apéritif entre 4 clients d'une même famille partageant un espace privé de la salle des petits déjeuners. Cet apéritif s'est terminé à 22h comme il se doit, en cette période compliquée nous nous efforçons de rendre le séjour de nos clients agréable en respectant les mesures sanitaires ainsi que la tranquillité des clients. Quand au chauffage, je suis très étonné car nos clims réversibles marchent parfaitement bien et elles sont neuves !? Pourquoi n'avoir pas signalé que vous ne saviez pas la faire fonctionner malgré le mode d'emploi ? Salutations, La direction
