We had a fantastic stay at the Residhotel les coralynes. A basic apartment which was very clean, met all our needs and was within easy reach of all the shops, beach and restaurants. As well as perfectly situated for the train. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent job

A fantastic location for the train station, market and centre could not be better. Room was clean and spacious and bathroom was modern and clean too Lady on reception very helpful and nice she spoke excellent English and was lovely Only issue was the kitchen facilities were very basic and I was concerned about the safety aspect of the washing up area touching the Hob and a warning if that gets wet the electricity will be cut for 24 hours Woukd recommend a stay here and good value for Cannes but the kitchen let it down and the health and safety was questionable in the kitchen 😊

Stayed for one night as part of a longer trip. Location was fine but whole building was very dated. There were stains on the floor and sheets were stained too. The room layout was a little strange with the bunk bed behind the wardrobe. I was disappointed that parking was €15 and that there is an excessive cleaning charge applied if you don't keep the place clean enough. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke English really well.
Found this notice in the room.

The opening hours for the reception are ok with a code and key safe but to checkout there is no possibility to leave a little later and they close the reception at 11:30 in the morning.

Great budget stay in Cannes

The location is very central and there is even free parking on the road (I visited at end of March - off-season - in busier times it might be impossible to leave a car there). My room on the 4th floor had a balcony from which I could see the sea. Original Kartell chairs and a clean and nice environment, modern but welcoming. I was extremely pleased with the experience. Amazing quality / price ratio.

Great location, safe space to stay in as solo traveller Walking distance to main station if you don’t have heavy luggage. Walking distance to major attractions and city. I originally booked for two nights and ended stay for four. Only gad to move removes which was a bit inconvenient but understandable since I hadn’t planned in advance. Overall great place to stay at 😊

Établissement extrêmement bien situé proche de la gare mais à la fois au calme. L'établissement a vieilli et malheureusement les chambres sont un peu en décrépitude. Un point positif le personnel de l'accueil fait en sorte que vous sentiez bien. Un grand merci à Anaïs.

Mycket bra boende fantastisk personal hjälpsam. Tyvärr så stämde inte bilderna på Hotels hemsida med de rummet vi fick. Basic frukost Nära till allt lite uppförs backar till hotellet kan vara ett problem för de som har svårt att gå. Men är mycket nöjd med allt.

Til en hurtig overnatning, med god personale

Ok sted til en enkelt hurtig overnatning, da det trænger til renovering. Placering, receptionist er super, men værelset har mange mangler og fejl. Fjernbetjening til aircondition virker ikke, stol ved at falde sammen, bruseholder defekt, badeværelse generelt meget slidt og ingen udluftning, senge har set bedre dage, en del støj/lydt, nøglelås og elendigt viskestykke. Ok overnatning, hvis man er på en hurtig gennemrejse, men venligheden på stedet redder det hele og morgenmaden var ok.

Aparthotel funzionale, la nostra camera era ottima per le vacanze di Pasqua. Per gli spazi direi che è adatta per soggiorni di max 1 settimana. Angolo cucina piccolo ma completo. Bagno ok, pulizia ok Parcheggio hotel limitatissimo, organizzatevi per andarev in un parcheggio a pagamento vicino: c'è un parcheggio coperto e chiuso vicinissimo (molto economico, con i contro del caso), un altro parcheggio a 800-1000 metri più moderno e spazioso. Posizione tranquilla (stradine strette ed in salita) e silenziosa ma vicina al centro.

Le studio est « dans son jus », une tringle à rideaux ne tient plus au plafond et le rideau roulant de la même fenêtre est cassé. Pas facile pour faire le noir pour la nuit. Le flexible de douche est à changer, certains interrupteurs ne servent pas ou ont un faux contact. L’espace cuisine est bien équipé et propre. La literie est très correcte. Par contre l’espace avec les lits superposés est vraiment très étroit. Ne pas utiliser le parking avec un SUV, parking gratuit autour de l’hôtel mais pas facile de trouver une place et rues très pentues.
