We booked the hotel 7 months out , but we were put in a disabled room. No face cloth , no shower cap, inadequate lighting in main area, a safe that could only be accessed by kneeling. That is not what one would expect for a room with breakfast costing $A 1200 ped day

This is an excellent hotel …great location and easy walk to centre and beach, comfortable rooms … thoughtfully kitted out with everything making it easy to stay in and eat on a lovely terrace … breakfast was a great surprise …best croissants ever and yummy fruit compote.
