Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. Frühstück war unter meinen Erwartungen: keine frische Brötchen oder Croissant, kein Obst,… Es wirkte alles nicht gepflegt. Das personal war oft auf der terrasse am rauchen und die Aschenbecher wurden nicht geleert."
