럭셔리하고 쾌적한 호텔
깨끗하고 쾌적한 고급 호텔이며, 직원들도 아주 친절했다. 주변에 트램이 두개나 있어 여러곳으로의 이동성은 좋으나, 정류장까지의 거리가 도보로 10분정도 필요해서 무거운 짐이 있을 경우 좀 힘들 수도 있다.

체크인 할 때부터 직원이 친절해서 기분이 좋았어요. 취리히에 다시 간다면 꼭 이 호텔에 다시 묵을 거에요.

고급스럽고 안락함
새로 만들어진 호텔 같은 느낌이었으며, 모든 용품들이 고급스럽고 최신 제품 같았음. 네스프레소 머신도 제공되었으며, 투숙객들이 잘 사용하지 않는 미니바를 냉장고로 이용할 수 있도록 비워 주어서 좋았음. (필요한 것들은 요청시 방으로 가져다 준다고 함.) 대형 TV, 각종 조명, 넓고 깨끗한 욕조와 샤워 시설도 훌륭했으며, 침실에서도 욕실을 투명창으로 통해 볼 수 있는 문이 있는 것이 특이했음.(이 문으로 욕실로 들어갈 수도 없는데 도대체 왜 있는 것인지???) 바로 앞에 철도가 있긴 하지만 방음이 잘 되어 시끄러운 느낌은 없음. 주변은 원래 산업지구였기 때문에 전망이라고 할 것은 없으나 탁 트인 시원한 느낌은 있음. 별 다섯개 호텔이라 해도 무방할 것 같음. 조식은 기대에 다소 미치지 못하였음. 컨티넨탈 조식에 따뜻한 음식 네 다섯가지 정도 추가된 수준임. 건물 바로 앞이 4번 트램 정류장이어서 중앙역과의 접근성이 좋음.

Not Recommending it
The rooms are not cleaned properly, I found a pizza box and a big bottle of Coca cola. It was mentioned the room are air conditioned but the room temp couldn’t get below 24 degrees while the weather outside was 35 degrees While checking in the hotel porter was asking us to push the luggage trolley which I don’t mind but this is not the service of 5 stars hotel.

Please rest assured that we will forward your comments regarding cleanliness to the respective department in order to prevent future occurrences.Regarding air-conditioning, due to the Swiss regulations, all hotels in the Schwiez are not allowed to use chemical cooling. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning systems are set to cool down to 19 degrees.Our bellboy should have helped you with your luggage better. Please be informed that we are a 4 star superior hotel and not a 5 star hotel.We would like to invite you back for a service recovery stay so we can provide you a 10 out of 10 experience.
