Closer to LCY (8 minutes drive), grocery, shops, restaurant and public transport (within 5 minute walk). The host arrived early, was friendly and will informed about the area and getting around and places to visit, he also answered all our questions. “The property was very clean and well maintained, but the walk down from the car park to the hut site was a bit of a trek, and very badly maintained owing to the fact it was a public footpath , and the access path through the gate was very precarious other than that it was an excellent base for Leeds castle and other attractions,the accommodation was in excellent order and very peaceful.”

Abbey Wood is a depressed and depressing location (apart from the beautiful woodland & ruined abbey nearby) - but this is not the property's fault. Apartment needed more kitchen items - knives, teaspoons, crockery. Carpet in main bedroom is quite damaged & there were minor maintenance & cleanliness issues. There is no on-site carparking at...

“We had a lovely stay in this cottage. We had easy access to Faversham and Sittingbourne and there were many footpaths available for walks with our dogs. The cottage had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and all the rooms were tastefully furnished. Everywhere was so clean and tidy. We would thoroughly recommend it. ”
