Best vacation resort I’ve ever been to.

Property was beautiful and honestly very romantic loved it

Great place. No pressure. Food good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Airport pickup and return outstanding. Checkin seamless as well as checkout.

No upgrade even mentioned. Room internally was very nice but I paid for initial room upgrade and we could not see the pool through the trees. Perhaps just a peek seen. Discussed this with concierge at room intro and told him I was not happy. He did not help. So I did not get what I paid for at all. Our honeymoon stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana could not have been better. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with refreshing coconut lemonade drinks and amazing hospitality. Beautiful hotel. Not on the beach but a short drive in a golf cart to a private beach club. Outstanding service. Best hotel in the Caribbean in my opinion.

We chose this hotel because we wanted access to water activities. It turned out to be a great decision. We tried snorkeling and sailing and saw many other activities available nearby. Breakfast was included, and the pool was perfect after a busy morning. The kitchen in the room was convenient. We had a fun and active vacation.

Very nice authentic Dominican style bed and breakfast. Very private and quiet location. Breakfast options are simple but very nice and filling. You can get Hot food like a breakfast sandwich or fresh eggs your way with or without Ham and Cheese or if you prefer cereal or just plain toast are also available. We arrived late but were still able to check in without any issues, even though we were advised that check-in after 4 PM would be self-check-in. The complex is secure, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were all clean and comfortable. I think they shouldn’t charge you for breakfast

This is a nice please, my wife and me like the structure, the decoration, the environment around the pool is precious. We really come back.

Raul the butler was amazing. He helped me book restaurants, spa appointments, ride to the airport, and was very responsive and very kind. The food was great. My favorite restaurant was the Argentinian steakhouse. FYI if you book through Expedia, the sales team will give you a 2-3 hour presentation about the resort’s membership.

Overall my experience was great. I did not like that my room was filled with bugs & dirty. My air also did not work and they worked on my room for hours and they couldn't give me a different room. They did fix the problems.

Great property - would consider going again!

This hotel is beautiful and excellent. The staff was awesome and sweet. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was and hotel restaurant is amazing! Also safe for solo travel.
