โWe an amazing two weeks at Paradise Cove. From the attentive staff to the amazing food and service. Specially call out to Tulisi for the rum tasting session...15 different flavoured rums..Deepak and Neetish who were in every restaurant we ate in from breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Very relaxing time, but made use of the on site gym - not big but well equipped and had the most amazing hot stones massage in the Spa. โ
โGreat that it was adults only. All staff were polite and friendly throughout the resort. Service was excellent throughout our stay. Liked the fact the resort was very eco focused, for example no plastic bottles use, no plastic straws, etc. The whole resort was spotlessly clean, our room, the beach, the pool, the restaurants... A lovely place to stay.โ
โ3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. โ

โAccueil chaleureux et vraiment sympathique mais personne ne parlait franรงais quand nous sommes arrivรฉs. Dรจs deux cรดtรฉs l'anglais รฉtait approximatif mais nous y sommes arrivรฉs.
Trรจs grand appart fort agrรฉable (manque de luminositรฉ et de luminaires dommage).
Cependant la 3eme personne dort sur le canapรฉ... J'avais lu les avis mais bon il faut le voir pour le croire...des trous et des bosses, une horreur. La responsable le lendemain vous dit que c'est normal et que si on met un plaid รงa suffit...et...

Et le pire se font les draps du lit pas changรฉ plein de taches , souillรฉ, oils et cheveux ร volontรฉ, une horreur .
Je redescends a la rรฉception on nous change de chambre.
Pas mieux .
Le lendemain deux personnes d une soixantaine d annรฉes...
โWe had a very pleasant stay at Lux Gran Baie. We stayed for a week at the resort and received an excellent service and careful attention from all staff both for room and food service. Breakfast had a variety of choices ranging from cold buffet, pastries and hot dishes carefully prepared by the chefs which also accommodated my boyfriendโs gluten intolerance. โThis property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view itโs all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasnโt offered. โ
