โMohini was very accomodating for our late check-in, the price is really good and the room was clean, there was hot water which isn't always the case in Mauritius! Definitely recommend A++โ
โ3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. โ

La sale de bain les toilettes sont sale excrรฉments et cheveux .
Pas de serviettes non plus .
Et le pire se font les draps du lit pas changรฉ plein de taches , souillรฉ, oils et cheveux ร volontรฉ, une horreur .
Je redescends a la rรฉception on nous change de chambre.
Pas mieux .
Le lendemain deux personnes d une soixantaine d annรฉes...
โWe an amazing two weeks at Paradise Cove. From the attentive staff to the amazing food and service. Specially call out to Tulisi for the rum tasting session...15 different flavoured rums..Deepak and Neetish who were in every restaurant we ate in from breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Very relaxing time, but made use of the on site gym - not big but well equipped and had the most amazing hot stones massage in the Spa. โ

Cependant la 3eme personne dort sur le canapรฉ... J'avais lu les avis mais bon il faut le voir pour le croire...des trous et des bosses, une horreur. La responsable le lendemain vous dit que c'est normal et que si on met un plaid รงa suffit...et...

Chambre petite mais fonctionnel pas besoin de plus on y dort seulement. Lโhรดtel offre une piscine et une belle cours ร lโabri des palmiers pour profiter du dehors.

โChecking in was a little confusing but the property manager more than made up for it. I really enjoyed my stay and the property manager was very helpful and accommodating to all my needs. I would definitely stay there againโ
โThe welcoming team upon arrival (especially Lusna already started my overall positive experience at this hotel. The receptionists were not only friendly but also chatty and funny (which I personally like!). They kept my luggage till my room was ready. Meanwhile I explored the grounds of this nicely landscaped property with lots of blossoming flowers, wide paths, various hotel buildings, the pool and the beach area. Everything is well maintained, tidy and clean.

"I arrived about 20 minutes later than the check-in time of 2 PM, but the room was not ready, and I had to wait for over an hour. I complained and requested a late check-out, but due to a lack of communication among the staff, the issue was not resolved until the very last moment. Eventually, I received confirmation after 11 AM on the day of check-out."

The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic.
However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff.
We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said they would process it soon and just made us wait.
We waited for 2 hours without even unpacking our luggage, and eventually we visited the reception twice more, but it was not processed. After waiting for another 30 minutes, we made a request to the head manager and our request was processed right away.
The Chinese staff member just made us wait and did nothing, neglecting us and wasting our precious time.
I hope that he will be punished accordingly."
