The hotel is a true sanctuary, with elegant design, beautifully landscaped surroundings, and breathtaking views of the turquoise lagoon that create an unforgettable setting. What truly sets this property apart is its exceptional service. Every member of the team was gracious, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring our stay was flawless. Their warmth, professionalism, and thoughtful attention to every detail made us feel valued and effortlessly cared for throughout our visit. The surroundings are simply spectacular. The tranquil beachfront, lush tropical gardens, and sophisticated yet intimate ambiance make it the perfect destination for relaxation and indulgence. Every space has been carefully curated to offer comfort, serenity, and a sense of refined luxury. A special thank you to Dheeraj, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the entire team—although I regret I cannot recall everyone's names, each member of staff contributed to making our experience truly exceptional. "We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Cove though we did experience some frustrations hence our rating of good rather than excellent. There are four eating options in the resort and we generally found the food to be very good though we were disappointed with the breakfast buffet - the food was not to the quality that we had experienced elsewhere during our stays in Africa - no chili with omelettes, tough bacon and thick bread for toast. But we had excellent meals at the Peninsular and XO (Japanese cuisine) and I would encourage visitors to attend those restaurants rather than the main one. Service fluctuated somewhat. It was generally good, and the staff were generally friendly but from time to time you could find yourself waiting for extended periods to order drinks or food, whilst staff chatted at the bar; or encounter a staff member who wasn't in their best mood. The resort has a number of included activities; and we found the included drinks under the all-inclusive option to be high quality. The room was fantastic; the music, different every night, was really good; and the overall design of the property with multiple options (restaurants, pools, sunbed areas, etc) was superb."

"the room i had was ground floor garden view, the gardens were nice sitting on patio having a beer was relax full, the room itself was bigger than usual had a tv but channels were very limited we actually never watched it after first time. bathroom was also big bath and shower few personal items ,storage for clothes was fine just shelves little hanging space, room was clean ,now it does need a bit of tlc, shower screen needs a good cleaning house keeping can take up to 5 o'clock to clean room sometimes forgot clean towels stairs to upstairs apartment are wooden can hear people coming and going, overall it passes for 3 star hotel room, just make sure if you don't like stairs ask for ground floor, the room they first gave us was on third floor no lift, they change us next day after we told them"
