The staff were incredible, very friendly and welcoming towards my wife and I and our 18 month old daughter. Veer, Viresh, Krishi amongst others were exceptional. The food and beverage was of great quality and the suite we had was beautiful. It was a sad day when we had to leave for sure!! Poor service. Was on our honeymoon. We arrived to the restaurant for our planned honeymoon dinner and they forgot the arrangements. They finally managed to arrange a table for us facing the pool but we had the disposable foods bins behind us with the staff emptying the dirty plates and clunking the plates making an awful amount of noise. Several times we went to the restaurants during our stay and the staff didn't acknowledge us and helped us with our seats. The foods wasn't great either. Variety of food were poor. We paid a lot of money for this holiday and it wasn't worth it. We expected a high standard of service from a 5 stars hotel. However the hotel itself is very nice and the beach is lovely.

The staff were amazing and very helpful especially with my son who has severe learning disabilities and is nonverbal. They accommodated each and every request for him which made such a difference for us. Such a welcoming and inclusive hotel and staff.
