He took the time to carefully explain the different tour options and made thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out—he went over and above in every way. We loved our stay so much that we actually came back one week later for the return leg of our vacation, which says everything. The front desk staff was very helpful and provided suggestions about where to park to walk to the Duomo of St Matthew.
