Ad agosto il villaggio è molto affollato e l’attenzione del personale per gli ospiti è piuttosto distratta. Il Pineta che dovrebbe garantire un servizio a 5 stelle ci ha delusi, non c’erano ne accappatoi ne ciabatte in camera in dotazione. “Det var dårlig opplyst om på forhånd at det var ulike grenser for hva du fikk tilgang til ift hvilket rom du hadde bestilt. Å få tildelt rad to og tre på stranden som nesten var folketom, virker gjerrig og lite serviceminded, og måtte betale for leie av tennis racketer det samme. Ingen opplysning fra hotellet om restauranter eller andre ting i nærheten. Stranden var fint, og renhold veldig bra. ”

“Das Hotel ist klein aber es hat schöne Zimmer und einen kleinen Innenhof mit Pool und Poolbar und das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und wir haben gleich sehr viele Empfehlungen für das Abendessen und die Strände bekommen.Katja die Frau des Managers war sehr lustig wir gaben viel mit ihr gelacht. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig ab Frühstücksbeginn ist es aus mit dem Schlafen.”

So, we told with guest to contact to host. and the host wanted me to pay again that they didn't check proprely at check out time I was felt bad. I found a lot of ants in bathroom. Anyway they need to improvement about management as professional hospitallity.”
