Zaid, thank you for your feedback. We do value your comments - positive and constructive. Being a little out of town, we rarely have business travelers - please next time mention to us the need for a desk set-up as we can easily rearrange/bring in alternate furniture to assist your comfort and need. In our followup letter, we do mention that we can offer an option for daily service at a small cost. We used to offer a Continental breakfast - but have chosen to stop that. However, we do still offer it for our select guests that are here for work purpose - we would gladly do the same. All the best Jennifer

I am sorry that the minimum stay was an issue. For special occasion and out of season, we can just add a surcharge for cleaning, and then make a plan. Please come again :)

The communal pool is available to all. To have the private pool belonging to the Terrace Suite, no matter how long the stay, you have book that particular apartment. It was possibly not available when you made the reservation.
