Choose the right room

The location of the hotel is great with lots of amenities and restaurants nearby. However I’d recommend you choose a a room with an even number as the odd numbered rooms face the courtyard with a LaParada and Tigers Milk which can get quite noisy.

Our stay was amazing. Excellent staff from the reception to room staff. Hotel location is very convenient, restaurants right outside the hotel, century city mall is 7 mins walk. A woolworhs food store is 3/4 mins walk.

Good hotel

The hotel is really modern and well equipped. The staff has been amazing - definitely highlight of my stay! One big issue was that my window was towards the square with restaurants regularly having loud parties and music. The windows are not insulated at all. It was impossible to watch tv and most importantly sleep. Make sure your room is on the other side of the building.

Sejour Business qui s'est très bien passé. Un cadre excellent. Service excellent. Seul hic hotel à 20 min du centre ville selon les embouteillages. Par contre très beau quartier. J'ai eu aussi quelques problèmes avec le wifi dans ma chambre le dernier jour. Mais j'ai pu travailler tranquillement dans le hall de l'hotel. Il y a des espaces aménagés pour ca. A part ca tout etait top.

A bit amature - at checkin no mention of credit so ordered sandwich to room and had to have them come back to pay as there was no credit hold on card - never offered. At checkout the gentlemen Nathan was awesome!! Breakfast was not 4* - had stayed at Marriott the week before and it was incredible as a 4* compared to this property….breakfast buffet was like a dining hall where you ordered and couldn’t help yourself to anything….room layout poor - knocked yourself out when on the loo as the door open was 2” from your head - pillows huge and hard - had to sleep without to not have a crick in my neck - bed very hard (I like more firm but it was hard to the point of being uncomfortable).

Voor ons geen tweede keer!!!

De algemene ruimten zijn dik ok maar het opvolgen van technische tekorten van d kamer waren alom aanwezig. De douche kop spuit in alle richtingen,de lavabo liep niet door,de toilet bleef doorlopen enz...dit zou echt niet mogen in een 4 sterren hotel. Er bleek ook een concert van een bekende dj te zijn georganiseerd door de horeca zaken die tegenover het hotel op een tss plein lagen.

Wonderful service with a smile

Every single member of staff was friendly and very welcoming. Wonderful service. Food from the cafe could do with some serious improvement but honestly other than that it was such a pleasurable stay. Will most certainly be back
