Nice large room, nice view to golfcourse and pool. Great breakfast. Only downside: check out time 10am. We had a T-Time to play golf at 12.10 and had to kill time outside of the room.

Lovely lovely staff, grounds are peaceful and pool was perfect in hot weather. Room was clean, comfortable and functional if a little dated. Breakfast, which was included was standard offerings of fruit, toast, muesli and yogurts. The cooked breakfast which one ordered was substantial and well made. Quiet an relaxing stay over-all

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good security in a beautiful location. Rooms slightly dated and not as many in-resort amenities (no restaurant/gym) as you’d expect so better for a shorter stay. Also charge R500 per hour for late check out making it cheaper to pay for a whole extra nights stay than a late afternoon check out for an evening flight which felt strange. Overall would recommend.

The rooms were clean, the pool was sublime, the facilities had complete kitchen and fridge as well as washer and dishwasher. We booked a superior room and they had prepared the sofa bed for our child too. The breakfast was amazing as well as security was top notch. I wished we had known about the wine tasting as that would have been perfect if we didn’t have to venture out to Franschoek or other parts of Stellenbosch. Also the views of the mountains and golf course was just breathtaking. Highly recommended.

Faultless. Utterly, faultless.

Faultless, absolutely faultless. From the friendliest reception check in, to the wine tasting and lunch we had whilst waiting for our room. From contacting the reception team about a buggy up to the golf club house for dinner. Every aspect is covered. The location speaks for itself, in a tranquil valley, we had 48 hours of bliss. The food in the Kleine Zalze restaurant is some of the finest I’ve ever eaten in South Africa. Thank you for making our stay so lovely.
