"Such a beautiful location and the hotel could do so much better. Disappointing as the windows in the room were dirty so it ruined the beautiful view. Bathroom ceiling had a hole and sheets had stains. The outside and lounge areas are lovely. "

"We often visit but this was our first stay. Was disappointing that accommodation was on a difficult piece of land away from the restaurant and cultural heritage museum. Was too much effort early mornings to trek kms away for our paid breakfast so we didn't have any. Couldn't shower as all showers are outside (too cold to venture outside) and bath water didn't heat up. Furniture needs tlc. Headboard in main room was not clean. No microwave To heat a quick meal. No guestbook re: restaurant times,...

"This is definitely a good place to stay, our room was on the beach side of the property and has really a quirky type of architecture, which gives it charm. Listening to the waves crash against the shore was soothing. Our bed came with three blankets which I thought was a little odd, but during the night it became a little chilly and I was happy to have the extra blankets. "We enjoyed our stay at Thali Thali which was peaceful and quiet. The staff were especially friendly, welcoming and very responsive. Our accommodation was comfortable but some of the fixtures and fittings could probably do with refurbishment. All in all a very happy stay. "

"Misrepresentation of the view was very disappointing, the unit we were allocated has no view at all but no mention of this was made. Also there is waterleak at the bath on the first floor and drips through the ceiling into the kitchen. "

"Magnificent view of the sea and walk to the beach. The property is right on the beach. But the bed in room 8 was far too short. Lying on the bed my feet were 30cm over the end of the bed. It was even too short for my wife. Lounge and breakfast area are great with view over the wild sea"
