"Had a very warm welcome on our arrival and discontinued throughout our stay. Our room was extremely clean and very well stopped. Possibly the best bed that we have slept in on our stay on our various days in Australia. And a pillow menu is always greatly appreciated. We have stayed in lesser Hotels better Hotels that do not offer this."

"Rooms could do with a refresh - peeling wallpaper. A few staff were pleasant and helpful but overall rude and uninterested. When we checked out all we got was ‘that’s you’ no did you enjoy your stay. Food offering at Beach Bar was not great and of poor quality - did not try breakfast or dinner. Overall okay but could easily be a lot better."

"Locality perfect for walking to the wharf for reef excursions. And the CBD. Only stayed for one night but the facilities (pools etc) looked amazing. Desk staff were lovely."
