"Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer."

The pool has damaged tiles I've seen since before Covid, and a lot of the furniture is stained. Our island suite had a great view, but the sofa bed was stained and smelly when we pulled it out to stretch and relax to watch TV. I have previously had great food at Zephyr, but the lunch on Friday had pork so tough it was...
"Room clean and bed comfortable, good value basic accommodation for one night stop over. Only criticisms are that the pillows were rock hard, and breakfast is not available until 8am which we weren’t made aware of - as we had to leave early we went without. "
