O funcionário Douglas foi muito prestativo, nos auxiliou em tudo durante a estadia. A estrutura do clube é excelente e a localização do hotel muito boa, em uma região segura. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, tinham poucas opções de alimentos e, em nenhum dos dias, teve pão de queijo, isso em MG é estranho.

Escarpas do Lago me surpreendeu!

É a minha primeira vez vindo pra Capitólio com minha namorada e eu fiquei muito surpreso com tudo. Desde o quão linda é a cidade, até como o hotel foi atencioso e cuidou da gente. Foi tudo muito especial e fomos tratados com muito carinho. Virou meu point referencial pra toda vez que viermos pra Capitólio.

Local bastante interessante, porém o apartamento era apertado para uma família. Bom banheiro. Café da manhã sofrível. Apartamento sem nenhum acessório, nem copo havia. Somente sabonete e papel como itens de higiene.

Razoável, embora que eu tenha usado só pra pernoitar, durante o dia, estava conhecendo os pontos turísticos de Capitólio. O que é muito ruim é o serviço de TV via satélite, que não funcionou em diversos aptos, não tivemos como assistir TV, durante a estadia.

Razoável. O quarto é bom e tem uma varanda com vista para o lago. O problema é que não existe atendimento durante a estadia. Minha tv não funcionou e não conseguiram resolver o problema ou não quiseram. Meu quarto ficou sem limpar por 2 dias, mesmo com a etiqueta na porta solicitando. A água do box escorria pelo banheiro todo devido a falta de vazão. O café da manhã é razoável. Poderia ser melhor. O bom é o acesso ao clube, principalmente para quem tem crianças.

vale a pena pelo clube

Deixa muito a desejar na limpeza e organização.Chegamos encontrei o quarto sujo, pedimos para limpar, no segundo dia deixamos a plaquinha para limpeza e infelizmente não foi limpo, nem toalhas trocadas.Chuveu e entrou insetos no banheiro e tivemos que ficar os quatros dias com quarto sujo e banheiro.E desconfortavel tambem, a parte que serve cafe fica distante do quarto, ou seja se estiver chovendo ou vc molha ou espera a chuva passar para ir tomar café.Quanto a localização muito boa, o acesso ao clube vale a pena, café da manha razoavel.

Excelente estadia

Excelente hotel, estadia muito tranquila, o Hotel fica no melhor Condomínio fechado de Capitólio, são 3 Blocos independentes, por isto não possui recepção no período noturno, não há necessidade devida independência dos blocos, limpeza impecável, o café da manhã muito bom, possui problemas de logística na reposição mais nada que tire o brilho do hotel e do café da manhã, super indico os apartamentos do Bloco C pois tem melhor vista, retornarei com um grupo de amigos em breve para o hotel. O condomínio possui um clube privativo que os hóspedes possuem livre acesso com convite do hotel, lugar maravilhoso.

Ao chegar no local, me direcionaram a um quarto que não estava pronto ainda. Mudamos de quarto, cobertor não era do tamanho da cama. Pela manhã, tentaram abrir a porta do quarto. Se a porta não estivesse com atrava, alguem teria entrado, horario de 7h, ou seja, estava dormindo e acordei assustada. Café da manhã horroroso, pão de queijo amanhecido, não tiveram nem o trabalho de servir fresco. Pessimo, não recomendo pra ninguem. Pagamos caro e tivemos so problemas.
