Reservei uma Suite Premium ( a segunda mais cara) o banheiro não tinha secador, chuveiro horrível, pouca água e cheirando a esgoto. Café da manhã com bolo vencido e pouca variedade de comida. Não vale a pena pelo valor! Não voltaria

Precisa de reforma urgente!!!!!

Os pontos positivos são a cordialidade da equipe, limpeza do quarto e localização do hotel. Já os pontos negativos são o péssimo estado de conservação dos móveis, toalhas e lençóis velhos e encardidos, piso do quarto (carpete de madeira) desgastado, colchão e travesseiros de qualidade inferior.

The place was good, the misto quente (grilled cheese) was really good. However it was really hot in our room which is why we kept the ceiling fan on all the time which is probably why we got sick.

Hoteis.com é ruim

Foi a ultima vez que usei Hoteis.com e hospedei neste hotel, viajo a negócios e preciso da emissão da nota fiscal. O hotel me forneceu uma nota inferior ao valor cobrado e o hoteis.com tem uma péssimo atendimento ao cliente e não fornece a nota total.

Boa estadia

Estadia foi boa mas o hotel já foi melhor. Já fiquei várias vezes no hotel mas toda vez tenho que refazer meu cadastro, não sei o que acontece com a base de dados. Quartos apresentam algumas infiltrações mas nada que afete a estadia. Precisam melhorar a reposição do café da manhã mas em geral a qualidade é boa. Infelizmente pra quem quer descansar a localização não ajuda muito principalmente nos finais de semana em função do ruído dos bares pra quem fica nos quartos de frente pra avenida, mas nada que avance madrugada a dentro. Tivemos problemas com o acesso ao nosso quarto por problemas na bateria da fechadura eletrônico mas equipe da recepção resolveu rápido.

Não gostei do atendimento a noite... estava em reunião e quando retornei, fui informado que não haviam vagas no estacionamento, deixei me carro na rua.. mas logo depois abriram o portão para outro carro, falta critério, ou tem vagas pra todos ou não tem pra todos. Não gostei e não volto.

Cuidados necessários e simples.

Foi razoável. Alguns problemas de comunicação no serviço. Para sair água do chuveiro tinha que abrir simultaneamente a torneira da pia e isso não foi avisado. Só descobrir depois de tomar banho frio a conta gotas. A assistência no café da manhã deixou a desejar. Se vc precisasse de algo, tinha que esperar bastante até aparecer alguém. As frutas como melão e mamão estavam servidas com casca e pelo menos uma das vezes não tinha faca para cortar as cascas e os sucos em seus recipientes ficavam parados e quando alguém ia servir-se saia só a parte rala do suco, então se faz necessario colheres com cabo comprido para misturar o suco.

Bom, mas com algumas ressalvas

O Hotel é bom, os quartos são limpos e ajeitados. Porém a cama que é o principal não é das mais confortáveis, você deita ela faz um U. Travesseiro muito baixo. O mais desconfortável é descobrir que não há sabonete líquido no dipenser durante o banho. A escolha do hotel é sutentabilidade, mas precisa haver um controle melhor de quando é necessário trocar os dispensers. Chegar num quarto e não ter papel higiênico é bem chato. Outra coisa bastante chata é no café da manhã o recipiente de suco ser uma armadilha, a torneira quebrada, você abre e ao fechar continua pingando para todo canto. Mas o café é bom sim. Pra passar uma noite ok, só o hotel precisa revisar estes controles básicos.
