โWater drips from the ceiling of the air conditioner in the room, and the room feels unmaintained during the peak season. The breakfast restaurant is on the basement floor, so it is stuffy and needs to be improvedโ

โAbsolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldnโt eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!โ
โAll staffs I met were very kind. I liked the service of this hotel. nice cafe and pool is well-managed though fulled with sea water. The ocean view from the sun bed is great. Good location if you want to visit Etna mountain by car.โ
โAn incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff. Only small points of feedback - the hotel sometimes felt understaffed, particularly at the pool bar during the day. The only other thing was the dated...
โGreat stay overall! The two pools were relaxing, free parking was a big plus, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. Special thanks to Raphael, super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Still a beautiful and peaceful spot to unwind in Sicily!โ
