In addition, no sea room view, which was my main aim. So, your offers should be more detailed. First time going through your site and very disappointed. "Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Very nice hotel, comfortable room. We had a good view over the swimming pool and lagoon, so very enjoyable sitting out on the balcony. Really loved the pool and surround - very relaxing indeed. Pleasant breakfast with excellent coffee and a lot of cake. Convenient for walking to other bars and restaurants, a bit further to the beach "

Also you should not stay at this hotel if your wish is to relax because every weekend there are loud parties with random people, which also leads to a dirty and unuseable pool/garden. The cherry on top is the "breakfast", given you are looking for food similar to prison. "
