โIn the heart of restaurants and shopping. They were upgrading the WiFi service when we were there, but very little disturbance to the guests. We left a day early, due to the impending weather. Did not ask for a refund. Hope they will do something?โ
โVery convenient staff was amazing and quick to fix any small issues like switch out microwave or tv issues, this place is one best and that's coming from places in Hampton and Newport news just really great staff and rooms โ
โMy stay was very nice but they did to work on the bathroom toilet wasnโt flush like it was supposed to but overall great place to stay definitely will stay againโ
โI liked the bed, the air conditioning, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the quiet, the convenience to 7-Eleven (walking distance), the convenience to bars and restaurants (driving distance), and the parking lot. โ
โHotel was fine. Bed was comfortable. Itโs close to Colonial Williamsburg. My only issue was a loud family that checked in around 10:30 pm and proceeded to talk very loudly in the hallway for what seemed like over a half hour with other people in their group. โ
โA young couple are in the process of refurbishing the rooms. They have everything you need for your stay. The king size bed in my room is was so comfortable. Since the buildings are so sturdy, the outside noises could not be heard โ
โThis is my second time staying at this property and both times we had a great experience. While the decor in the units is a bit outdated, they are spacious, clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. They amenities and common areas (pool, playground, tennis courts) are all accessible and clean. Very family friendly and close to everything! โ
โ2nd time staying here. Close to Busch Gardens. Spacious room with big fridge. Free breakfast. Close to outlet shopping. Great options for dining around the area. Feels safe. โ
