Hilton Vacation Club Greensprings Williamsburg
I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews. We stayed in bldg 27 if that helps it didn't have the full remodel I had read about but it was super clean and comfortable. No cleanliness issues and everything was comfy!

Marriott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony
I stayed there for a wedding I attended. The accommodations were nice, the room clean, the grounds were clean, not a piece of litter in sight.
