"Note that there are several ad-on charges, e.g., for parking, resort fee etc. Small restaurant with limited selection in the building. Breakfast is good - either buffet or per order. Rooms are spacious, nice and clean. Good beds. Biggest advantage - very short walk to the historical buildings."

"We like that it's close to many restaurants, Water Country USA and shopping. It' s central. Also it's clean and breakfast is provided. You can get coffee/hot tea any time of day in the lobby. Rooms are starting to show wear/age. But still very comfortable. The shower was the only issue. Weak water pressure and scalding hot; lack of temperature control. Easy check/in and out."

"Very well located. Close to everything enjoyed our stay. Ro was large and clean. Would definitely stay there again. The only think I think they can improve on is breakfast and Wednesday social. They pulled pork was served everyday and I pretty sure it was not changed out everyday day. The Wednesday social they served Campbell chicken noodle soup. Everyday: Scrambled eggs Boiled eggs Toast, bagels, waffles, corn muffins Cereal (fruit loops, cornflakes and rasin brain) Pork shreeded (looked like same Pork each day) Torilla Sasla and picked onions Yogart Oatmeal with toppings Milk Apple juice Rotating: Orange juice only once Pork sausage (looked horrible) Diced ham Bacon only once in a week Pancakes French toast stick (best thing of the week) Wednesday evening: Campbell chicken noodle soup Crackers Cubed cheese Spinach dip Garlic bread Lettuce mix and ranch Trail mix Chez its Carmeal popcorn Chips ahoy cookies Lemonade Beer and wine"

"I stayed in a tavern room, which was right on Duke of Gloucester Street, in the middle of historic Williamsburg. It was a very cool experience, staying in this historic property for one night. The room had two doors: one inside the building and one (that doesn't open) on the street side. It was a bit unsettling to have someone trying to open my door from the street late that evening. I had to yell through the door that it was a private room and the door doesn't open. Yikes! Unsettling somewhat, to say the least. Also, a ghost tour stopped outside my window to share about the tavern, which was a little creepy. And the water faucet in the tub turned on by itself. Combine all of those unsettling things with a less than comfy bed, and it was a rough night of sleep! But still so glad I did it! I was on a girls road trip with friends and we each had our own rooms. At breakfast we agreed that it was worth the experience, but one night was plenty!"

"Great little motel. It was a little older, which we liked because it was in Williamsburg. There’s a great pancake house at the end of the parking lot. Through the wall ac was super cold thankfully! It was cute, clean, and convenient. Nice, well maintained pool. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Great job y’all! 😃"
