“Netaja at the front desk was excellent as well as the maid staff on our floor. However, our room was filthy, especially the bathroom. The shower doors were covered with old soap stains. “Staff were very nice. A lot of surgical patients stay here. Room refrigerator doesn't have a freezer section to freeze the ice packs. It would be nice if freezer space were available to freeze the ice packs”
