“This is my third stay and it just keeps getting better! I was in town to attend the Princess Buffet with my granddaughters which happened to be located in the hotel's restaurant. Whoever organized this event did an amazing job! The decorations, food and treats for the young princesses were wonderful and well thoughout. The best feature was the very talented young women dressed as Disney pricesses who sang and greeted each girl at their table to chat. That being said, my room was fresh and...

“Netaja at the front desk was excellent as well as the maid staff on our floor. However, our room was filthy, especially the bathroom. The shower doors were covered with old soap stains. The shower floor tray was chipped all the way around. The caulking was terrible. All of the caulking in the shower had many deep mold stains. Even the caulking surrounding the glass on the shower doors was disgustingly moldy. The wall paper on the right side of the shower entry had two large mold streaks ,...

“Second time staying here and it gets better every time , this is the recharge everyone needs. You feel disconnect although you have Hampton roads at your finger tips. Highly recommended”

“Room was clean and spacious, Staff was helpful and curious”

“It was fine. They only had half a roll of toilet paper, which was kinda weird that it wasn't a whole roll. The girl that was supposed to check me out this morning wouldn't get off her cellphone or even look up. Just said " Have a good day" While still looking at her phone. To the point where I was actually thrown off by the audacity of her attitude”

“객실이 넓고 깨끗하였고, 소파베드가 크게 확장되고 편안하기 까지 해서 만족스러웠습니다.”

“The stay was good, just need to fix the hot water and the toilet and they will be great. I will stay here again. The staff was great.”

“Older property which needs a lot of maintenance abd updating. Howver, the bed was comfortable and quiet.”

“It was quiet and safe enough. It could have been much cleaner - the bathtub didn't drain, the floors were dirty and the comforter on the bed had stains. The advertised breakfast was only waffles and coffee, there was a juice machine but it was out of order.”

“The room was dingy and was not vacuumed or swept”
