โLiked that hostess was accommodating. We had our dog along. They were to replace the sofa bed mattresses yesterday. Concerned how that might be upsetting to our crated dog. She changed us to a room without a sofa bed so they did not need to access our room with the dog. โ
โI stayed at the Glass Light Hotel and Gallery and it was truly phenomenal. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere made the entire stay memorable. I canโt wait to come back again!โ
โBeautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent kitchen inside and also two wonderful dining choices very close. The staff was spectacular. All in all a great place to stay!โ
โIssues with tv not working. Asked for help. No one explained the 2 remotes or how they worked. TV said no signal. It was supposed to be addressed while we were out. Returned to same issue and told we would have to wait until tomorrow. Fortunately I was able to figure out smaller remote that says room control was for the tv. Difficult to navigate but I was able to get something going. โ
โThe hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very polite with great customer service. We booked through Expedia and were very happy with our booking. Breakfast was very good, and the weight room was very nice. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was clean. My husband and I enjoyed going for a walk around the nearby lake!โ
