"This experience fell far below the standard that was advertised and expected. First, I scheduled a timeshare presentation and paid the required $49 fee. After confirming my slot, your team canceled it, stating the time was no longer available, yet my payment has not been refunded. This is unacceptable, as the cancellation was not initiated by me.
Second, one of the main reasons I booked this unit was for the in-room jacuzzi tub. However, the hot water only filled about one-quarter of the tub before turning cold. Maintenance confirmed the unit has only a 50-gallon water heater, making it impossible to use the tub alongside basic needs like showering or washing dishes. This rendered a key advertised amenity unusable and forced us to ration hot water, which is unreasonable for a paid stay.
Additionally, the unit was not properly cleaned upon arrival. We found dirty silverware, a moldy sandwich left in the microwave, hair throughout the unit including the bathtub, and floors that were visibly dirty and not vacuumed. These conditions are unacceptable and clearly indicate poor cleaning standards.
The shared amenities were also disappointing, as the pool and hot tub were consistently overcrowded, often wall-to-wall with guests, making them difficult to enjoy.
Finally, I made multiple attempts to contact management and received no response or follow-up."
"Such a fun facility. The Saturday night buffet was excellent with choices and quality. All the food kiosks kept the kids happy. Play the Ice man in the Arcade as you can win the most tickets to use to “buy” stuff in gift shop. The water park is exceptional, again a lot of choices for every age group. The room was as advertised and very clean. Beautiful view off our third floor balcony. The water park is available from 10:00am ( website say 1pm but when I called was told 10am) even though you can’t check in until 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00am but your park pass is still good until 8pm. Two full days of fun!!"
