“This property was great! The room was clean and nice! It also had the right amount of space. It was a block or so from the ocean which was nice since you didn’t have to drive. Close to local eateries and was a great price! It’s also only 30 minutes from Virginia Beach if you wanted to go down there. Definitely would stay here again. Quiet and all around more our atmosphere compared to VB. Plus the price is amazing. Now will just have to find a place to bring our pup next time since this place...

“I was surprised! We thought we booked at the regular booking Oceans 27, however these 2 Hotels have the same name, one is on Atlantic and is Oceanfront, thats Ocean 27, which stayed at previously. This is Oceans 2700 and is across the street and 1 block in on Pacific, so we couldn't check in our normal place. We drove around the block to This Oceans 2700, had no problem checking in with our prior reservation. It is SO MUCH NICER than Ocean 27. Make sure you pay attention to details and...

“Overall, clean facility, helpful staff and a great location! It was 2 blocks from the beach, there was a Harris Teeter directly behind the inn, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and they were very pet friendly!! They even had poop bags available in multiple locations around the premises.”
