"The only thing I can say about the hotel is that it would be better if they did not charge for the breakfast. The breakfast was great, but with so many other hotels offering breakfast it just seemed a bit much to have to pay for the meal. The wait staff in the dining area was great, but with it being a buffet, I felt like there were too many staff members there. Other than this, the hotel is wonderful!!!!!"

"Based on what I paid, which was less than $100 for the night, this HoJo's was a real value. Rooms were very clean, as was the lobby. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The drawback: the halls, elevator and other common areas are run down, in need of a fresh coat of paint, etc. If the owner of this hotel would commit to at least fixing those things up, this place would get higher reviews."

"Stayed 3 nights. Room was dusty, carpet not vacuumed, bathroom floor dirty, and sheets very thin. Coffee maker was dusty; after running plain water through it, the water came out black.On day 2, we came back to room that was never cleaned, the bed wasn’t even made, but we only got fresh towels. Front desk said we hadn’t requested cleaning, though there were no notices or forms saying cleaning was optional. Staff offered to move us to another room that night, but said we would also have to move...
