“The registration desk was very good, and she tried to accommodate my concerns with the tv remote missing batteries. She even brought up to my room the required batteries. I appreciated her desire to please her customer. Unfortunately, I decided to report that the battery cap was missing as well. I was never able to get another remote after being promised by maintenance.”
