“Can be better service, pool look to old, They don't even have air conditioning on the pool, need more maintenance,There's nowhere to leave your luggage if needed; this system needs improvement.”

“There was no phone in the room or remote for the tv. Had to play with tv to get it to work. No breakfast. For the money we thought it would be a lot better.”

“It was very dirty, the bathrooms were very dirty, and the breakfast was horrible. The area where breakfast was served was also very messy. The room had a strange smell. It was a very bad experience.”

“I choose the pool view, but when i checked in, i was given a room facing the lobby. Another thing the website said it was 800$ but at the hotel they charged 1400. I dont reccomend.”

“Parking is very limited on hotel site. Beach view was beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful. Got locked out on balcony due to door randomly locking from the inside on its own.”

“After our original reservation with another hotel was canceled as we were half way to the destination, this is where we were placed. Was definitely a downgrade. The elevator was extremely slow. The lamp in our room would blink every time we turned it on. The fridge didn’t have a freezer. The room still had pistachio shells on the floor and balcony from the previous people. The balcony was small and the AC unit exhaust was right on the balcony. The bed was at least comfortable.”

“Ocean view is the only good thing about this his very outdated hotel. A lot of bugs and mosquitoes on the balcony which made it hard to enjoy the balcony. Shower takes a while to get hot and the hot water runs out. Additional negatives…Only one elevator, tiny pool, and no beach access from the rear of hotel. Would not stay here again or recommend.”

“Second time staying at this hotel and it was wonderful. The 2 bedroom suite was amazing. The lobby area was clean. The pool was great. The guests just need to rinse the sand off before getting into it. The whirlpool was a welcome addition. Parking was plentiful and on site”
