“One handicapped parking space, at one end of the hotel? They're kidding right? If your room was at the other end it's a LONG walk. There's 6 "Diamond" spaces. Go figure. Guess marketing won. Lobby men's room toilet plugged and overflowing. Peeling paper and dead bugs in the bathroom. Only one chair in a double queen room. Coffee served up grounds. Breakfast marginal. It's a tired 1980s hotel. Without any dining nearby. Avoid.”

“On our trip to the area, our family with 2 seniors and 2 adult children stayed in 3 hotels. Spark by Hilton Norfolk has by far the softest and most comfortable beds. We actually all slept through the night, and the temperature in the room was just right. It is located near the Premium Outlet. We happened to need shoes/boots for a wedding/pony swim in Chincoteague. We ended going to the Outlet twice and got what we needed cheaply.”

“The comfort was missing in Comfort Inn. Hot Friday night in July Stopping point on our trip to be able to rest and get up early and continue our trip. Air Conditioning only worked if you were walking around the room. Front desk was notified but nothing was done about it. Checked out early morning since sleep was very little. Front desk just smiled and shook their head as I was hoping for a better outcome.”

“I didn’t like the hotel in general it was dirty the room stunk some nasty smell the floor always was humid and wet the property was very dirty the tub was disgusting and dirty out of 4 days I left two days early I couldnt stay there it was disturbing disgusting and I left and they never refunded me those two days like they say they would refund me”

“Where do I start? There was only one person working. Online it said there was a pool and it was open from 10 to 8. Never did it say that the pool was closed every single Monday? Of course we checked in on Monday with kids ready to swim and we got rudely denied. Then when we got to our room, the AC was out and they tried to make us wait for maintenance to come and approve us moving to another room. Breakfast ended at 9 AM. My kids went over around 8:50 something and got denied to even grab...
